Private Tasting Room
Space - This is Brighton Rocks pride and joy, the 10ft reclaimed oak table was built by us in the room – never to leave again! Wine racks on the wall and local artists displaying their work, we can seat comfortably 14 people and serve a choice of menus. Choose from our bar menu or have a menu tailored for you depending on the event. Have one of our staff select wines to match each course and introduce them adding a dash of wine trivia to the night!
What it costs - Brighton Rocks will ask for a £100 refundable deposit to book the room. There is no hire charge when eating from our bar menu but we add a £35 surcharge for a tailored menu. We ask for a minimum spend of £200 for the use of the room. With the tailored menu service our chef prepares a menu around your requirements offering a choice of 3 starters, 3 mains and two deserts. We can also provide fantastic local cheese boards. These menus are priced per head at £11.00 for 1 course, £15.00 for 2, £18.00 for 3 and £21.00 including cheese board and coffee.
How to book - Please complete the on-line form. Brighton Rocks will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours to discuss your requirements. A cheque deposit is preferable but we can take over the phone deposits if more convenient, this deposit will be refunded on the night. All pre-ordered food and drinks must be paid for at the time of booking.
